Amy Moore


Amy has been practicing Kundalini yoga for over 9 years. It was introduced to her through a DVD by Maya Finnes: Detoxify the kidneys and adrenal glands. Practicing this DVD created immediate shifts in Amy's consciousness. She began attending classes in her area and immersed herself in a daily sadhana practice.  Kundalini was a key in unlocking her consciousness and she loves sharing this technology will all who are interested.

We will be practicing three Kriyas:  Balancing the head and heart, basic spinal energy series and shabd kriya. These kriyas incorporate breathe, mantra, Mudra and asana to move energy, balance the glandular system and create new brain patterns. There will be moon gong played during relaxation.
